So no matter whether you had an invitation to go out to dinner or you just don't feel like cooking the recipe that was originally planned in the meal planner, you can simply just manually add in the calorie info for what you actually ate for dinner, or ask the recipe generator to create a different meal and it will generate something new for you, to easily keep you on track with your goals.
